AEI Outfitter offers challenging and rewarding seasonal jobs in the western big game hunting industry. Our business offers quality hunting and fishing experiences out of our Base Camp in Taylor Park, Colorado. The first and foremost objective is to offer a safe and rewarding experience. AEI operates within a team environment and our top priority is customer satisfaction. Guides are expected to be a contributory team member, serving both clients and other staff alike. In order to satisfy clients, you may need to “go the extra mile” to accommodate them. AEI’s expectation is that at these times you will be able to put aside your individual agenda and prioritize the hunting client. Each staff team member brings specific skills and knowledge to this company and the experiences for our clients are enhanced through teamwork and shared effort.

Each AEI Outfitter staff member is expected to be a team player at all times while holding the client’s satisfaction and memorable adventure experiences as the overall goal!

Each season we hire: 

• Camp Chef and Kitchen Help
• Support Staff and Ranch Hands
• Guide Staff (and guides-in-training)
